What is Alpha Grove?
Our Story
Alpha Grove Strategies takes its name from the street in London where our founder, Elliot Gluck lived when he started the firm in the summer of 2025. But the idea behind Alpha Grove was born months earlier in Tel Aviv, where Elliot began to see firsthand how AI was transforming the way people consume information and form opinions.
While interning at an Israeli green-tech startup, Elliot spent his off-hours building a voter registration platform that connected thousands of Canadian expatriates living in Israel, and realized the power technology has to drive civic engagement. At the same time, Elliot was observing how his peers used AI systems, and realized it was fundamentally changing the way people got informed and shaped their worldviews.
This sparked a bigger idea: AI is quickly advancing beyond just being a source of information — how could it be used to engage humans in real, meaningful conversations?
So Elliot began work on an AI capable of conducting thousands of meaningful, one-on-one dialogues to uncover the real thoughts and emotions behind human beliefs and decisions.
Our Vision
We see a future where conversational AI doesn't just retrieve information, it helps people think more deeply. A future where AI agents can understand beliefs, challenge assumptions, and expand perspectives through genuine dialogue.
The media landscape is evolving. People increasingly turn to AI not just for information, but for perspective. At Alpha Grove, we're not just observing this shift — we're building technology to define it.
In the next five years, we aim to be at the forefront of this transformation, developing conversational AI that's so natural and insightful that it fundamentally changes how organizations understand their audiences and how individuals explore ideas.
Our Technology
AGS-1 represents a new frontier in conversational AI. Unlike traditional chatbots or survey tools, our voice agents engage in genuinely adaptive dialogue, learning and evolving with each conversation. As we conduct more interviews, AGS-1 becomes increasingly sophisticated — better at understanding context, recognizing emotional nuance, and exploring complex topics from multiple angles.
Currently optimized for English-language conversations, we're building toward a multilingual future where authentic human insights can be gathered across cultures and borders at unprecedented scale.
Our Founder
Elliot Gluck brings a rare combination of technical expertise and human-centered thinking to Alpha Grove. A self-taught programmer since the age of nine and building custom computer systems by eleven, Elliot has always been driven by a desire to understand how things work — and how to make them work better.
He joined Microsoft at just 18 while attending community college, later going on to study political science at Washington State University. There, he began weaving together his dual passions for technology and the social systems that shape human behavior.
Elliot’s time in Israel was a turning point. While interning at a green-tech startup, he launched a civic tech initiative that connected thousands of Canadian expats — and watched closely as AI began reshaping the ways people engaged with information and each other. That experience sparked the vision that would become Alpha Grove.
At just 23 years old, Elliot lives the principle that drives everything we do: don’t wait for permission to build the future.
